Our heat dissipation coatings transfer heat away from a substrate, resulting in improved efficiencies, performance and the longevity of the coated parts.  This ceramic bonded, thermal conductive coating also helps to prevent corrosion and damage related to chemical and solvent attack when this coating is applied to metal substrates.  Upon application to metal substrate this coating is proven to increase thermal transfer to up to 35-40% versus uncoated metal substances.  Heat dissipation coatings are recommended for air-cooled cylinders, oil coolers, heat exchangers, air-cooled cylinder heads, engine blocks, oil pans etc.

THERMAL INSULATION CERAMIC COATING FOR PISTON DOMES, COMBUSTION CHAMBERS, EXHAUST PORTS & VALVE FACES.

Dark brass / gold with a soft metallic finish.  Piston Coat is a thin film ceramic thermal barrier, designed to be applied on internal engine parts that require a thermal barrier.

Typical uses: piston domes, combustion chambers, valve faces, external turbo housings and exhaust components.

CHARCOAL GREY WITH A SOFT METALLIC FINISH.

Transfer Grey is typically used on applications requiring a high thermal conductivity to transfer heat away from the energy source.  Typical uses included but are not limited to radiators, engine blocks, air cooled cylinders, transmission cases, heat syncs, intercoolers and anywhere heat dissipation is required.
